Andy was nicely dressed and articulate. He greeted me with a smile and answered my questions. He was very informative with the products but new with the computer system. Bob assisted in the process and made me feel very comfortable. I was prepared to leave because the price point was higher Than I was wanting to pay. Bob then made me a deal I could not refuse. Andy then reexplainded the product and additional amenities I was receiving and I was extremely excited. It was like I treated myself to two pair of identical glasses with great features that I would not have been able to afford just in time for truck driving school. Thanks to Andy and Bob I am starting my new year clear.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. It took longer than expected to be taken for my appointment but that was because they were giving all their clients the same focused attention and service. Jeff, Vanessa, and Kim have been exceptionally helpful even though I have had to go back a few times due to trying out contacts for the first time.

The best ophthalmologist!!! Everyone was great here! Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff provided many options for me and provided important information. He was always assisting his colleagues as well. Samantha was great too. She made sure every customer in the place was being helped. Vanessa greeted me within a minute of walking in and guided me right away where to go for my appointment. Please go here instead of Eye Rx down the block (Dr. Kreda).

Ordered my glasses on Nov 21st 2017 & its now almost 2018 & I still do not have my glasses. You try calling & & all you get is the phone ringing & nobody picks up, then when they do you are transferred to someone that just lets it ring forever until your disconnected. they have had two trys at getting my glasses right so far & screwed them up & we are working on a 3rd you get what you pay for I'm learning (the hard way)

Complete false advertisement, if I could give - Stars I would but unfortunately systems of review does not allow you to. Employees are friendly, store manager not so friendly I would NEVER refer this place to anyone. If you go there I guarantee you will get upset, weather is the eye exam that is false advertised or the poorly pairs of glasses that they have, including the many trips you would have to do to make sure they get your prescription correct. So instead of getting glasses in one week you will most likely get him a month to two months later. First experience and I would never go again. I would rather go to the dollar store for a pair of glasses or Walmart instead of this place. I guarantee you that the little bit of good reviews that they have are probably from employees not real customers.....
