Charming mom & pop shop. Maryland crab cake doesn't get more authentic than this! Warm people provide great service and delicious food in a cozy, casual dining environment. Be ready to wait a bit - this fresh food is all handmade to order.

Just moved back to the area and found this place just a couple blocks up. The name is valid. Fresh food and you can taste it. Food could use just a bit more seasoning but was a very satisfying lunch. Nice and simple. I'm sure I will order again.

This was our first time in Maryland and we really wanted to try crabcakes. We walked into this place off of the street.I really appreciated how they made us feel right at home immediately. After ordering our meal we were able to chat and relax as everything was freshly prepared for us.  My husband's sweet potato fries were hand cut and fried right then and there. My salad was freshly made and all the vegetables  were cut and carefully placed on the plate. No brown lettuce here ! The first crabcakes we ever had were absolutely amazing! No filler, generous portion, and absolutely delicious! I only hope we find ourselves in this neck of the woods again and we will definitely be back if we are.  Only wish we had more time to spend with the pleasant couple that runs this place.

Quaint local restaurant.  Food cooked to order.  You see can pick out your seafood before it is cooked.  The food is truly fresh.  Fish can be broiled, grilled, deep fried, pan fried. My crab cakes were great, all crabmeat, no bread crumb filling.  The crab cakes are also large.
