Great place, street parking if a spot is available, but parking behind restaurant, so walk is close, I've been here 3x's and never had a problem. For those who never been here this is a great place but always expect to be 2-3hrs here.. it's part of the experience cause you cook your own food in steps. Fun place !

Considering the price point of about $45 plus tax, my group of 3 first-timers was not completely sold on coming back. The experience started off fantastic with our server making the cheese fondue while chatting with us, but went a bit downhill after that. I am not sure what the other reviews experienced when they say their portions were big, as ours was quite small. We got a tiny plate of a few veggies and pieces of bread to dip in the cheese for the first course. For the second course, the meats were high quality, but the vegetable portions were a bit ridiculous. We got 4-5 small pieces of potato and 5 pieces of mushrooms for 3 people to share-For the price point I think they can afford to give us more vegetables to round out the meal. The dips that came with the meat were varied and delicious however. Back to the service, we asked for refills twice and didn't get our first refill until the desserts came-Not up to par for the price at all. Lastly, the dessert was absolutely delicious. I was at a 2 star experience and we were not thrilled but the dessert helped quite a bit, with an assortment of fruits and pastries to dip into the melted chocolate. For someone trying fondue for the first time, you will likely enjoy a visit, just don't expect to be super full when you leave.

Hands down, a great restaurant IF you're into fondue. It important to understand that you'll be working if you're going out for fondue. Some would say you're paying to cook your own meal, but, the marinating and the meat choices that come from the kitchen are the important part and The Melting Pot never disappoints. The Cheddar Cheese fondue is OUT OF THIS WORLD and made right at your table. The prices are actually very reasonable and they're always having deals for 3 or 4-course meals that don't hurt the pocketbook too much! This is a great place for a group of friends and/or family and especially great for an intimate evening for two! Overall, this is a great restaurant to try for the first time or go back to experience again!

The Melting Pot is a upscale fondue based restaurant. While the meals, served in courses, are on the high side, the ambiance and food quality is superb. Each meal, unless purchased a la carte, begins with a cheese fondue, followed by salads, the main entree, and finally chocolate fondue deserts. Every course utilizes the melting pot with the exception of the salads. My visit included duck, sirloin, shrimp, chicken wontons, and lobster, all of which were delicious especially when paired with the numerous house made sauces. Be prepared to spend a decent amount of money and multiple hours tho, as the real draw of the Melting Pot is the dining experience. They also have a full bar with good cocktails, although their craft beer selection is rather limited, none of which is draft.

Great ambiance, fun to create your own dishes right at the table, staff very helpful, food fresh and delicious.
