We had the idea that people wanted to eat well. They still needed something fast, something they could take to work. We knew that people still wanted to eat better, eat healthier. We started Fresh as a way people could grab a salad that they wanted to eat, and that would fill them up. We knew that we'd need some sandwiches too. We didn't want your run of the mill sub, so we build something really special. Our sandwiches are big, try to smoosh one one of these guys down and they are going to push back! We love our soups too. Always a big variety to choose from. We put all these ideas together and brought your our amazing restaurant - Fresh!
