Tony came to the USA in 2006 from Vietnam to be closer to family and looking for a better chance for life. He graduated Le Cordon Bleu in 2010. He opened Indochine in 2012 with the idea to serve healthy, unique and fresh Vietnamese cuisine for the Sierra Vista area.
