Wanted to argue to me to not give me my full money back. Not sure yet if I get all my money back yet. Had to argue and call back and forth for that, just for $5.99. Got a discount because they did not deliver my dessert the week before (which I paid for!), but never received my next package. So they do not want to give me that money back. Paying way too much for these meals, you would expect they would be at least ethical about a small amount like this. Act all nice but try to take your money or either have an awful management, not sure what it is but both is definitely an issue! Don’t trust the company, meals are good, but that’s it. 

Additionally, they work with FedEx which isn’t capable of telling you a time to deliver your package. They expect me to wait 4 hours at my apartment on a Friday afternoon because they can’t give me an exact time. Additionally, if you live at an apartment, FedEx doesn’t leave the package at your door, so if you are not there at the time they come, you have to wait for the next day again at home for 4 hours to actually take the package. 

Go to other meal delivery services, they give you 15 meals instead of 10 for the same price and the same size and quality.

I've done fresh meal plan for about half a year or so and I can say it's been super convenient!  They've updated their website recently and I think it's much improved - meal selections are super simple and you can stray from your selected plan if you'd like.  I started on Paleo but recently I've picked some traditional or some lean n' mean meals.  Overall this has been a very positive experience.

Fresh Meal plans has been extremely convenient and I truly enjoy the meals! I am a happy customer and have found Fresh Meal plans to be affordable and tasty. I work full time, so it's been a great benefit and allows me to stick with a healthy lifestyle in spite of my busy schedule. Also, I enjoy all the variety offered and it's easy to order my weekly meals. I highly recommend it!!

Fresh meal, where do I even start? I will make my order online and different food with show up, or I will pay for food that didn’t show up. Their system is SO MESSED up. My chicken has been RAW on multiple occasions, I’m talking like 8-9 times! The food is mediocre at best. I will say this as a warning: this company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. Lastly the food is expensive for what you get, I had 3 meals and one breakfast for six days a week, turned out to be $400! Really? Chicken and some other meats with some veggies should be that expensive? Ridiculously overpriced, bad service, bad experience, you will find much better meal plan services. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The food is great, but the cancellation process is challenging. The employees have conflicting information.  When I previously called in September to cancel, the lady informed me that I could not cancel over the phone and that I would need to cancel online.  I went online to cancel and I was only able to postpone services.  In November I put in an email request to cancel and never received a response.  I was just charged in February for the week's service and was unable to get a refund.  I called in and the employee informed me that the only way to cancel would be over the phone.  She cancelled my services, I hope.  I am awaiting to receive an email confirmation.
