I Decided to get the Baja wrap, it was delish and filling, the sauces are just perfect and it didn’t leave me feeling gross or bloated. You can tell everything is made fresh so it was a perfect lunch! Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

We came to pickup some banh-mi at their neighbor, we're intrigued by the name and ended up ordering a ton of takeout.  This is probably the best deal in town. We had two incredible ladies precious and Paige help us navigate the menu, sauces and options.  As some reviewers pointed, happy hour after 5 pm is the time to come. You get 5 free toppings and it's generous if you get it as a side. We got sweet potato, potato wedges with garlic aioli, golden panini, special wrap, 6 kinds of sauces and 5 toppings in little soup containers, all for such a ridiculously low price, for fresh, organic, prepared as you order, that we were blown away.  Such great service, delicious food, this place deserves to do well. I cannot believe how they survive on such low prices for the value you get, esp when every other place is increasing their prices. You don't feel gross, it felt healthy, and who knew you could do so much with the humble potato.  If you are ever in the valley, stop by fresh potato factory and get ready for a delectable experience. We will be back to try their 5 kinds of burgers.

So SO good! So many delicious vegan and vegetarian options! The chili doesn't have meat in it, and it is so good! We also had the Baja Wrap which was very yummy, the baked potato which was really good as well, and I had some garlic-cilantro on it, which is fantastic. We had the watermelon cream agave soda, but they have so many other agave soda options, and yerba mate as well. They have so many different sauces out, and my favorites were the chipotle and the pesto-mayo. Everything here was so fresh and delicious, the service was fast, and the employees are very nice. We will definitely be back: Yum!

Fantastic vegan options for quick but not low-quality! food at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and happy to explain the menu, the space has ample parking & is safe, and the restaurant is well maintained. They also adhere to mask mandates, and have hand sanitizer to use for customers.

Friendly staff in a average looking strip mall but delicious food and cool options for vegetarians that are bored of French fries. Free parking lot!

Their samosas are so delicious, especially with their coconut curry sauce! Place is vegan/GF Friendly.

By far one of the best vegetarian restaurants in LA. Delicious options of potato dishes, panini’s, tacos, salads, and much more. Be sure to try their healthy options when you are in the area.

Loved the food and the drink options are really good. I didn't care much for the potato wedges though. But overall I like this place and I'd go again.

For those of you looking to cut back on your meat, this restaurant is the perfect place to start! My crew of 14 people ordered from here today and were all thoroughly pleased. Not only was the order ready to go at the requested time, but the employees were great. Such an interesting restaurant idea. The potatoes in each dish really help fill you up, unlike most vegan dishes I've had. Definitely recommend.
