The lobster roll was yummy and I loved the bun — making it out of garlic toast was genius. It was a touch small and while the price was understandable, that didn't make it any less expensive. With all the care that was put into the roll, I was surprised to see that the chips were knock-off Ruffles (and a lot of them were little more than crumbs). I'm glad I tried it and it met most of the hype, but once might have been enough.

We came to Freshies after my boyfriend discovered they had the best-rated lobster roll in America. They weren't kidding! The lobster rolls here are incredible. The lobster was flavorful and tasted very fresh, and this is coming from a woman who gets lobster tails overnighted to her house from the top catches in Maine (we pay a pretty penny). The roll had the perfect amount of butter and mayo, just enough to be delicious without killing the lobster flavor, and the spices on top were very well balanced. Prices here are high, but considering that they serve you a quarter pound of premium lobster shipped from Maine and they're located in Park City, I'd say the price is fair. Seriously, anyone who expects a lobster-heavy dish in Utah to be cheap needs a reality check. We also had the lobster bisque and blueberry pie and both were quite good. We will definitely be coming back here.

I call New England home and was skeptical before coming here if they could do justice for the famous Maine lobster roll. Now, I am a believer! Great seafood can be found in the Rockies! The clam chowder was incredible as well - loved the atmosphere too.

Amazing lobster roll, and their corn was fantastic! Super friendly service. Prices are totally in line with fresh QUALITY seafood in a landlocked state. Their rushes can increase the wait a bit, but it's 100% worth it!

It's a great lobster roll! Price is expected ($20 for a roll) and the atmosphere was fun and fresh. There was definitely a line when we got there, but not 40 minutes worth of people. So amazing food and worth the wait, but I don't have 45 minutes ever time I want a bite
