Little to no customer service.  I walked in today, in the middle of the afternoon on a warm Sunday afternoon.  Whoever was working had decided to prop the door open. I only mention this because it is my hope that the staff of three people working, didn't hear a door chime. 

I have never been to this store before so I walk around the front register, looking for a staff member to help me on my search.  I find no one, and wander through the aisles looking for the particular item I was on the hunt for.   After about 10 minutes of walking - still not seeing a single person in the store - I finally find the area of where I thought the item might be located.  I looked, couldn't find it, so I made my way to the door.  I walk by the register area again, hoping to run into an employee just to double check I hadn't missed it, or perhaps could order for me.  I finally find three employees, sitting on the floor, just making conversation with themselves.  I finally interrupted their conversation, they still had not seen me.  There was no sense of urgency coming from any of the three employees to stand up to come speak with me.   One finally comes over, and I ask her about the item. She doesn't know, so turns to ask the others about the item. The employee answering her request very loud and rude said they "don't have it."  I'm still trying to be pleasant, saying I was stopping by and it was my first visit and like to support businesses in my neighborhood, and if they were to carry it, I'd like to come back and purchase, and did they have a list like that? I received another rude "no" and she ended the conversation. I tried to thank them for their help - even though I hadn't purchased what I was looking for. As I walked out the front door, I heard the employee start to make snide comments about me and what had just happened. I don't think she realized her voice echoed off the ceiling, straight in the direction of the front door. 

I will not be returning.

The staff was very helpful and fast. Not being familiar with the store, the quickly picked up on that and asked how they could help, and directed me straight toward what I needed. I definitely plan to go there many times in the future for any alcohol purchases! I'd even choose Friar Tuck Beverage over the convenience of purchasing alcohol at Walmart.

Think big box store for alcohol, basically a warehouse that has about every type of craft beer you could think of. Wine selection is good and the whisky and bourbon selection is good as well. The only downside is price but with a store with inventory like this that is expected.

This place has everything! The staff are helpful and friendly, too. The prices are a bit high, but I know they'll have all the party supplies I'll need.
