I came to this place twice. The first time was in February and the second time was in June. My hair stylist was Yesenia. The first time I came in to this place, my hair had faded color tones and hues from previous colorings done at home. Coming into this place, my goal was to gradually go from black/dark brown hair to blonde hair. I knew this was a process that would take even up to a year, which I was fine with. Yesenia did an amazing job with lightening my hair to a dark medium brown color the first time. I was in love with results. Yesenia recommended to go back in about 3 months. This was when I went back in June and I explained to Yesenia again the goal, to slowly and gradually make my hair color blonde. Well this second time, Yesenia had 2 clients at once. She left the bleach on my hair a little too long. I was fine with getting a hair cut to remove the damaged hair, but I wasn't able to get one because she had another client waiting. I didn't realize how bad the damage was until I washed my hair 2 days later. I would say 3 to 4 inches of damage. I went to a different hair stylist 5 days later to get a trim. I typically don't write reviews, but this time I just had to. It's now been 3 months of getting regular hair trims every 3 weeks. I do take hair vitamins and my hair is growing, however my hair still has a few damage on it. I would say 2-3 more trims within the next 6-9 weeks. Please go elsewhere for hair colorings. 

2 stars are given for the customer service and friendly environment at this place.

I'm always pleased with the results, The girls are friendly and work fast. I travel from AZ to get my hair done, great work at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place, don't hesitate.
