Took my daughter there for a fill/brow wax and waited more than a hour for someone to finally help her, at one point one lady told me she didn't do fills but yet a lady walked in and she put a full set on her.... Smh... How does one know how to put a full set but not know how to do a fill? This place needs to work on there customer service.. I gave it a 2 star only because the lady that waxed my daughters brows was really nice and did a decent job.

Made an appointment the day before arrived 15 mins early and still had to wait 45mins to be seen two ladies came in without appt and went before me.  So John did my nails a fill and i must say he did a fabulous job John gets 5 stars and i will come back for him only.
So now on to my Pedicure they sit me in the sauna chair and soak my feet now I've been soaking for 15mins I have to ask whose doing my feet...the lady My comes from the back to do my feet laughing saying oh i had to eat....dont they have lunchtime for that. My point is this DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 5HRS TO WASTE AND YOU DONT MIND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OKAY THIS IS OVER THE TOP I SAY SOMETHING TO THIS LADY DOING MY FEET AND SHE GET UPSET HER NAME IS MY AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THE IE KNOWS TO NOT COME HERE

I love this place! It's right of the freeway and as long as you make an appointment,  you are served in a timely manner. Thanks Fridays!!!

Waited 30 min and never got helped. I watched two other people walk in and get helped immediately. They also don't clean their tools properly.

I like this place and I'm picky.  Must have gotten lucky when John did my nails... I've been coming back to him every time!
