I just moved to the area and didn't know if I could use my gift cards through my phone.  I decided to call to save the hassle of a trip if it wasn't possible. Someone was "on the other line" for 20 minutes until I decided to just drive there. I showed up, the place is completely empty and found out I couldn't use my gift cards.

Pizza comes to my table hot and fresh how I like it and the staff is friendly and it doesn't take too long to arrive....all u people on here cry about gift card did u actually try to food or just come on here an cry snowflake pffft

This was how my pizza arrived, when I asked for my money back I was told they already dropped it in their safe and that they don't have any money in their drawers and the drivers don't carry anything to give me my money back. I told them I needed it back to get my child and myself pizza from somewhere else and was told that they could do nothing for me and they guess I wasn't ordering anymore food. When infuriated clearly, I called the manager the next day like I was told I had to, he changed his story from him being the manager, to owner, to general manager in one conversation and told me if I wanted to keep complaining to call their corporate office. Their corporate office which he told me he didn't have the number too and when I googled discovered didn't exist.
