I've ordered from this restaurant on occasion because I have found it to be one of my favorites in the area. However, the last time I ordered will be the absolute last time I ever order from them. Pest control needs to pay a visit to them. I ordered an egg roll and a few other things, only to bite into the egg roll and find a large, cooked grasshopper. Antennas, little black eyes, legs, arms, body, head ALL in tact ...... I'm not even going to say what happened after that, I'm sure ya'll can figure it out. Ew! I have never experienced something like this and never thought I would. Talk about traumatizing! Get it together Ye Express. Your food is great, but I'd rather not include bugs in my diet...

Use to be the best place to get food. The taste changed slightly over here past 1-2 years. Have been going and ordering from there since they opened in 2013. Well not anymore, delivery was always 30-45 minutes never had a complaint until about the last month. You call for delivery and they say 1 hour to 1 hour 20. OK fine but what changed? Oh wait, they forgot to mention that it's really going to take 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 to get your food. When you call to find out what is going on they give you the excuse that they don't want their driver to get into accident. It's been 45 minutes for years what happened.? They offered $6 off the bill, uh no...you won't be getting our business anymore ye express, which is a shame because you were very good. Manager use to make deliveries to us and knew us by name. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The food and prices are good but they pretend that their credit/ card machine isn't working or they pretend that my card is not working because they want cash. I have avoid going here because of them lying that my card or the credit/debit machine isn't working. When you have a party of 4 or more sometimes you don't have enough cash with you, so you have to leave your party there and go to a ATM to get cash.

The food is mediocre. The sushi is good. The server is less than enthusiastic about having your business.

Generally quick delivery and food is great! Today however I have been waiting over an hour for my food...odd for sure!
