Would not recommend them at all due to there service department. Sales are fine, but do not over pay for their flat rate services to your vehicle. The female service writer at the front desk is very argumentative and rude. After telling me they do not flat rate she went on to say we charge two hours for electrical diagnosis not matter what. (That is flat rating) Tech's seam to be young and uneducated on how to properly diagnosis as well. Very bad experiences with them on three separate occasions. Have a extended warranty that they sold me when I bought my unit. Warranty is absolutely garbage. Cost 800 dollars and hasn't covered anything that I have had concerns with. If you go hear, I can promise you that the words you will hear (even if your bike is under warranty) is that whatever the issue is is due to a wearable item. Cycle shack of picayune will be getting my business from now on.

I needed a flat tire fixed in a pinch and these guys helped me out! Nice folks, cool toys.

Man I can't say enough..but the ladies at the parts department were awesome the staff ever in the building treated us great..no pressure to buy a bike even though we were looking at them and prices are out of this world good...mide I am from Mississippi and things like this seam to be high here but God the selection there was amazing....cant rate this place any higher ...will not buy anything else from anyone else ever.......

Their new facility off hwy. 11 is very nice. Plenty of showcase room. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Nice folks.  They said they'd call me back about a bike.  2 months later,  no call back. Good selection though!
