Security officer named Oshauna = terrific. I picked up a car there last Saturday afternoon and, because it was my first time and because there was "confusion in the paperwork", I really needed help unraveling and clarifying the situation.

Enter Oshauna, a security officer working at the entry/exit gate. She went out of her way to help me and, because of her, I was able to get things straightened and was soon on my way. She is smart, kind, organized, in charge, and extremely helpful.

Manheim - New Orleans (Sidell) is lucky to have her.
