Food was good. Service was terrible waited a half hour to get a cup of coffee. Had to ask three times to get napkins and utensils. Seem to be clean. I could understand if they were short hand but there was plenty of people working or should I say in the kitchen. I gave it one star because that's the lowest I could give. this is the fourth time I've been in there I will not go again because all four times I've had terrible service. It was not just me either there were several customers in there with all depressed looks. I told my date when we sat down I think we should leave this does not look like a good place to eat, should have gone my first instinct.

If you have ever been to a Friendly's Restaurant, then you know this is a good place for an inexpensive Comfort style meal. While traveling we noticed the restaurant from the road, and pulled over. It was late evening and a long traveling day. We went in were seated almost immediately. We were presented with menus and drink orders were taken. Upon the return of the waitress with our drinks, we ordered our food and within 10 minutes we had it sitting in front of us, piping hot and ready to eat! Our waitress was very pleasant an offered us much help. It was a pleasure eating there and if I was in the area again I would definitely stop back there.

Good food. They were very busy so the service wasn't the best. I had a toddler with me and no one offered a booster or high chair. I had to grab my own when I saw someone else leave... which means it wasn't cleaned either. Needed a drink refill and never got it either.

M-f 50% off breakfasts staff friendly food is good. Nice cozy ambience. 50's theme. Old school wallpaper. Overall prices food and atmosphere good for a family or couples to sit down and enjoy time with one another.

Every time I go here I am reminded of why I dislike it. They recently remodeled so I figured I'd give it another shot, and while the restaurant looks really nice, the staff is very disappointing. Took about 10 minutes before our waitress even asked our drinks. Then our food took another 25 to come out. Not only did it take long to come out, it was made wrong. We asked for grilled chicken, and both came out crispy.  And to top it all off mine had a hair in it. While we were there, we saw a man literally waiting over 5 minutes to be helped/seated near the door.  Would not recommend going to this location at all. Drive the extra distance and go in the mall, the staff is 100% better there.
