I've given Picnic Pizza multiple chances to make up for consistent mistakes made during previous visits; but now I've given up. They cannot seem to grasp the fundamentals of customer service or the F&B industry. It pays to LISTEN. Simple as that. If someone asks for crispy wings, don't hand over soggy wings. If someone says no tomato... believe it or not... they don't want tomatoes! If you don't want to do your job, don't waste YOUR GUEST'S time and money and tell them to order elsewhere. On top of the fact they can't get what you ordered correct, you have to deal with a middle-aged woman that is definitely old enough that there is no excuse for lack of maturity and professionalism. Fire her if you haven't. Bottom line: Yes, I am going to pay $30 for only a pizza at Louie's... They get it right! UPDATE:From reading reviews, I'm getting the feeling the immature, arrogant, snooty woman I'm speaking of is the owner?! There's no hope. You'll tank eventually.

This is the pizzeria that I visit most often when I have a hankering for pizza, but I must admit that it is my 2nd favorite pizzeria in the area (Pudgies Horseheads tastes a little bit better but costs a whole lot more). A large pepperoni and sausage is my pizza of choice from Picnic Pizza and it is always delicious. I've tried a few other New York Style pizzerias in the area (Gino's, Rico's, Giuseppe's) and few of the national chains (Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns) and none of them come close to Picnic Pizza in my opinion.

Picnic Pizza (HHDS branch), is awesome! They use REAL cheese while the other places use cheese food*. Their Antipasto salad is always fresh & the lettuce is always rinsed, the size is well worth the price. The other foods on their menu are of the best quality too! The staff is always so polite & friendly. Picnic Pizza is definitely the best pizza in town!
