Ten dollar happy hour drinks can't be beat. Great vibes, ice cold martini they chill the glass so you know they know what's up. And they open early so you can stop in as the first drink of the eveningFood: 5/5
Really fun ambiance and the drinks are really solid, but the service was pretty disappointing. Service was really slow and it was very difficult to get attention to ask questions or order things. Some of our items got fully forgotten and it was hard to remind anyone once we realized stuff wasn’t coming since we were so rarely talked to.Service: 1/5
The martinis are other worldly! So crisp and cold. Love that you get a little refill portion on ice! and the olives and lemon twist on the side are delightful. The place is super cute. It was kind of raining but we still got to be in their partially indoor/outdoor space which is a huge bonus. The service was amazing. She took really good care of us. My only complaint is that there’s not a single substantial vegan item on the menu and I would’ve liked to grab a nibble while there. However the place is so cute and the drinks were so good, I was still very very happy! Oh also, any place that puts the “vacant/occupied” locks on their bathroom doors is really doing it right. Love it.
I want to like this place so bad. We need a good, reliable, cocktail bar in the neighborhood. And I had really high hopes when they transitioned from the pizza place originally opened in this location, to the new cocktail bar concept. But something is definitely missing, which makes it hard for me to want to go back/count on this place as a neighborhood spot. The drinks and bar staff are great. But the service is incredibly slow. I’ve waited 20 minutes for a glass of wine, which feels insane. I really want to love this place. I feel like if they can get their service and response times under control/buttoned up this place would be a winner.
I came here for a meetup with about 10 friends in August 2023, we sat at the backyard and really enjoyed the place. The drinks and service were both excellent. The server conveniently set up credit card in the system for EACH guest so we didn't have to calculate the bills in the end. This is very group friendly. We can't wait to come back again.
I was so glad to see a cocktail bar open in the neighborhood with quality drinks, food, service, and style. When it first opened, the music fit the 1920s Berlin theme and created a unique, sophisticated, romantic, adult atmosphere that is hard to find, even in New York. I have visited twice since then, and the music has changed to the same hip-hop heard in every other bar and played so loud that a conversation is impossible to have. I am sad that such a silly change has now made it impossible to recommend.
Great addition to the neighborhood! $10 cocktails and $5 beers til 6 The schnickelfritz mezcal swizzle is a must. Highly recommend the meatball sliders.Food: 5/5
Super cool spot with a cool back patio. Late night vibe was great..the service top notch. Our bar tender Alex was super nice and helped us choose the cocktails and made an off menu one as well. Lots of interesting art and knick knacks on the shelves. Definitely going back All cocktails were $16.. a great day these days!
Good cocktails and tasty bar snacks. Very slow service, especially given the house cocktails are premixed, even the martini… Music is blasting so not a place to catch up with friends had to really yell our orders at the poor server who could hardly hear us.Food: 5/5
Loved this space. Really Surprised by the poor review/lack of reviews. yummy drinks get the martini, its like 2 drinks in one with a beautiful presentation, food is solid deviled eggs were yummy and love the caviar touches on everything. most importantly-- super accommodating of dogs-- excellent business decision in super-dog-friendly Fort Greene. They're still new and have some kinks to iron out the paper tablecloths on slatted tables out back were a bit annoying and service is a little spotty but chill out and embrace the slower pace, and you'll be fine. I'll be back for round 2 on Thursday with my doggo!
