For such a small town this gym is all you need, i was in middle school when it first opened if i remember correctly and had a bit of a renovation a couple years back. The people are great and staff is always there to help

a great asset to the area. my husband and I both joined for the 2 weeks we were in the area and were there daily. we both felt thrilled to have such a reasonable place to work out. we have Belonged to a very high end gym in a major city for 25 years and frankly though the facility is on the modest side it really had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. it was clean. all the machines and equipment were in good working order.  staff pretty laid back and helpful. frankly I don't know what we would have done without it!
