Stay away from this company they billed us for service when we did not even have service with them. Horrible service when we did have service. Local employees seem to be great but corporate ruins it for them.

Utterly useless.  Signed up for internet 2 weeks ago, nothing worked.  Called 3 times and they finally said they'd have someone over to fix it on Thursday.  Nothing, no call, no reschedule. Friday? Nope, nothing.  I got my bill though, glad I'm paying for something I can't use.  I went with Frontier because I thought Comcast was a nightmare,  unfortunately Frontier isn't any better.

I called them about upgrading my super-slow internet from .5 mb/sec to a promised 3-6mb/second and after being on hold for 55 minutes, the customer service rep assured me that my internet would be faster, a new modem was in the mail and than my bill would be $20 less for switching to digital voice. 9 DAYS LATER: My internet is just as slow as before and we have no modem. What was she doing for 55 minutes?! I called them back to figure out what was going on and after being on hold for 25 minutes, the person on the other line disconnects the call as soon as I give her my personal information. Frustrated, I call back and customer service tells me that I should call Tech Support about my slow internet problem. Last week, Tech Support told me to call Customer Service. fml.
