DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a really bad experience with the Frontier Ford Service Dept. They changed my oil (you get the 1st oil change free when you buy a car there) and the next day there was a huge puddle of oil underneath my car. Turns out the mechanic over torqued the pan plug and stripped the bolt. I argued and argued and argued with Glenn at Service Dept. He said it was my fault because oil pan plugs  sometimes get loose after awhile. So after arguing until I was blue in the face, I demanded to see a manager  A dude named Mike Z came out to meet me and he said the best they can do is to have me buy a new pan and he'll split the cost with me but I'll still have to pay full price for labor.  Free oil change ended up costing me around $300. The whole experience was terrible. I'll not be back. Words you can live by: NEVER GO HERE!!!

Purchased a used truck from Glenn on 12/12/17 Had gone to maybe 5 dealers at that point looking and my experience at Frontier Ford was exemplary. He put his hands on the truck and confirmed it was there before I arrived, financing through my credit union was seamless. No high pressure sales tactics, good down to earth people looking to help you. Love the truck, only issue is the battery died a week later. Understandable on a used vehicle that has been sitting on the lot and when we get below freezing temps here.

I have been doing business with this dealership for the past 25 yrs both purchasing vehicles and having them serviced. As a service business owner of multiple establishments in both marine and motorcycle industries I understand, sometimes more than most, how tough it can be to keep the level of quality service & sales decade after decade. Frontier Ford has managed to do that for me year after year. IMHO they more than earned my 5 star rating.

I purchased a car with John "tree" and it was a painless and hassle free deal! Had to transfer over a remaining loan and it was all dealt with very professionally and easy! John had to leave early and Glenn stepped in and he was just as wonderful! Will recommend to anyone looking yo purchase a car!

My Mother -in-law purchased a used car from Frontier Ford at night in a rain storm. She has been looking for this kind of can for a long time and knew she wanted it. She purchased the car that night. The next day when she saw it in the daylight she noticed there were some imperfections in the paint on the hood and rear bumper. We took a chance and asked the used sales manager Matt Marsden if there was any thing that he could do for her about this issue. We were asked to bring it in and they would look at it. This surprised me. Turns out Matt had the imperfections fixed. The car looks great and I was amazed at the costumer service. I have never had or heard of a auto dealership rework a used car that wasn't identified prior to the purchase. Matt single handedly changed my perception of how this dealership treats its costumers. Frontier Ford will be on my short list of places to look for my next car for sure.
