Everyone there made my first-time buying experience a great one! As a single mom, having a car that wasn't running was very stressful.  They took me under their wing, explained the process in-depth, and answered all of my questions in a way that I would understand.  They were very kind, and incredibly understanding.  They assured me from the second that I got there that I would be leaving with a car that I could afford, and that is exactly what happened. I look forward to continuing doing business with them!

Not too interested in pre-sale commication about pricing, and your online "build".  No problem.  Blade Chev down the road was eager to spend time talking and e-communicating.  When I showed up at JS Chev to look at the Tahoe, I got handed off to someone with very limited knowledge of the Tahoe trim lines and who didn't even know what adaptive cruise control was!  Blade got the sale.

Had a great experience with Michael Taylor at Jerry Smith Chevy. We did most of our business on the phone and once I got to the dealership late at night we did the deal and had no problem agreeing on terms and conditions. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I would strongly recommend Jerry Smith and Michael as a sales person.
