The customer service was fantastic. The reason for 3 out of 5 stars was due to the musty moldy smell that doesn't leave your possessions after you move out. I would still use them again because this company was more flexible then other storage companies I had received quotes on.

Horrible experience with this facility. I paid my rent faithfully and when my movers brought my belongings to my new house many things were covered in mold and some things were wet.  When I contacted them they denied any water problems in the units. Then assured me the owner would be informed and I would be contacted. That never happened and they stopped answering my calls. Didn't want to assume any responsibility. I learned shortly after that others had the same issues. I had to replace my mattress, leather sofa and recliner and spent  many hours sanitizing other items. It was a disaster. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Great place. The man that runs the place is great to work with. Although their prices are up over the last two years

Great indoor storage building. We keep our fifth wheel camper and vehicle here. Our investment is safe, secure. the property is well kept. It's a bit out of the way but mostly highway drive to get there.
