Exceptional service by all that work at this branch. Very educated, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend visiting or calling directly.

I wish I could give the location in Duncanville off of US-67 0 stars. 

They have no customer service skills and could care less about the ppl they serve. Mike and Sam both need jobs that require no talking our interacting with customers.

Plus, Frost, as a whole, needs to reevaluate the way they train employees. The number to call for general info, don't expect to get the correct answer from them. I just drive over 20miles only to find the info she gave me over the phone was COMPLETE incorrect.
