I don't know if that's the change that they made after all the bad reviews but for sure it's the best branch I visited. Very nice and friendly stuff and manager. I been offered cup of coffee by manager and I just came there to cash a check

This is one of the slowest wells fargo branch..ridiculous. The parking is horrible but the wait is just awful. Only 2 tellers with a full line. This happens all the time. Dont come here unless you really have to.

We had the best service for not being a customer I have ever rec'd in my life at a bank.  me and my husband both have accounts at Chase (not now) we finally got our check for closing on our new home and needed to convert it to a cashiers check that day to close.   Chases acting manager for the day stopped us in the line to the teller to ask us what we were there for.  We explained our situation and before we could tell them anything further she let us know that they will have to hold it for 24-48 hours before they can release funds.  Did not look us up to see how much we have in our acct or even to see how long weve been loyal customers (combined 30 years and over 40K in the bank)  she informed us that the check was made out from Wells fargo and they do not certify funds.  I asked if she suggested us go over there to cash it.  She replyed that is an options so off we go, me my husband and my realator.   Around the corner is a wells fargo.  we walked in stood in line and a nice man approached us and asked why we were there my husband calmly explained (he not feeling warm and fuzzy at this point) he said give me a minute and I will be right back.  Next is another nice man Mr. Curtis E Lee the VP store manager takes us in his office in the back of the bank sit us down and starts to give us options. Not once did he ask for our business or to open an account just options.   he did not have the full funds on hand so he offered part cashiers check part cash.  I asked at this point if we have an account here can we get the full amount in a cashiers check, he said of course.  I looked at my hubby and said I think we found a new bank.  Then we moved over to Susan she was kind professional and informative.  Took care of everything and off we went happy as can be closed on our account and still had just enough time to go back to chase before 6 to close our account and thank that nice lady that would not could not or did not try to help us at chase.  

Thank you  chase we would have never found a real bank with out you.

I used the ATM outside of the branch to deposit a check and the ATM “ate” the check.  It took the check and then stopped working.  When I pulled up to the teller to advise her what happened (the bank had not opened yet) she said, “We don’t have anything to do with that, you need to call the bank”.  I called the bank and they told me it would take up to ten days.  No one from the branch ever called me back, and everyone I spoke with at ATM Operations was rude. Someone named Kai and Shanta. Once this is cleared up I am going to close my account with Wells Fargo.  Because my $537.48 deposit was lost in their ATM machine and they had zero sense of urgency regarding it.  They just kept saying “It could take up to ten days” But what if I owed them the $537.48…  Wells would not wait ten days to hit my bank account.
