Panini sandwiches are top notch. Edit: well, they were until they inexplicably removed all savory food com their menu. Hugely disappointing. No longer a lunch option unless you want donuts for lunch.

Well this used to be our favorite donut shop in the Seattle area until they stopped selling donut breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Not to mention they closed up the Bellevue location! The donuts are good but alone are not worth the visit anymore.

Good treats. God coffee. Nice environment. Haven't tried their lunch items but they look good, and they have wine/beer as well.

Frost has the best donuts, hands down. One of my favorites is the Root Beer Float Bismarck, available in the summer. It's fabulous! They also have great coffee and other treats, as well as soups and sandwiches.

We placed an order for 8 macaroons for my birthday to be picked up at 3:30pm the next day. We received a call around 1:30-2pm the day that we were supposed to pick up them up informing us that they didn't have two of the four flavors that we ordered. The guy on the phone sounded like he could not have been more inconvenienced to have to correct their error. I used to work at Frost and I thought that the poor service and insincere customer service was only an issue at the location that I worked at, but this experience made me realize that it's just the company. I'm sure that each Frost location operates a little differently, but the location that I worked at, whoever opened that morning checked the online orders and made sure the needed product was set aside, especially for customers that prepaid. If for whatever reason we didn't have what they needed/wanted in stock, we would call them ASAP to make sure the issue was straightened out in a reasonable amount of time or so the customer could make other arrangements if the issue was too big of an inconvenience, not an hour - hour and a half before the customer was supposed to pick up their order! I haven't had the most pleasant experience with Frost, but I always enjoyed their macaroons, which is why I specifically wanted them for my birthday. If I would have known that I would have been stuck with whatever flavors that you substituted the ones that I ordered but weren't available for whatever reason, I would have made other arrangements. Having a horrible experience with Frost as an employee and a less than satisfactory experience as a customer, I am cutting all ties with this company. I will never recommend this place to anyone, this location or the company in general.
