Solid experience and staff. Hot food, hot drinks, and cooler fare as well. This place is a solid bet if you want some Starbucks!

I frequently visit this Starbucks on my way to work in the mornings and I just wanted to specifically mention Jennifer. She along with the majority of the weekday morning crew, are always pleasant and friendly but Jennifer made a point to learn my name and even remember my drink as well! It's the little things like this that are lacking in today's customer service world so when people like her go out of their way to get it right, it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks!

Very unpleasant. Everywhere you try to find a seat, it's dirty. The staff are not up keeping the area, how can I enjoy my coffee if there's crumbs on my seat and on my tables. Most dirty Starbucks ive been to yet. Floors are just as bad!!!!! 
Customer service was good, but environment needs to be paid closer attention to.

Awful awful service. Waited 25 minutes for food while they served 5 other hot food orders behind us in line. Had nothing to drink by the time we even got our food. One star for the fact they tried to blame it on another customer taking our food when we were at the end of the counter the entire time.
