Called in to check the price of a men's haircut, the person on the phone was not professional, "Hi I'm calling to see how much a men's haircut is?...Yea?.....Oh ummm well that is going to depend on the stylist.  What do they start at, umm about $40. Thanks"  For charging that much for a 20min or less haircut even being Jackson, they could show a little more professionalism on the phone. So seeing this it deters me from going there.

Went to Frost Salon today for my first haircut in two years.   Honestly, I was really nervous, but I worried for nothing.

I got linked up with Jeff who's originally from southern Cali.  Admittedly, I thought, "PERFECT!  He's a guy, and from Cali - he'll know exactly what to do for me," and he did.  The manner in which he cut my hair, I thought, reflected someone who's knowledgeable and knows what the hell they're doing!

In addition to Jeff giving me the hairstyle I was looking for and like a lot, I felt like he still consulted me on my preferences, added his own touch, and did it in really timely fashion. What more can you ask for?

I'll definitely go back. Thanks!

Switched once, switched twice and finally found a place that suites me. Honesty the best salon in town (and there are many), I'm a guy and although I think I have a simple head the haircut is anything but plain. I look good and must thank Bernadette for keeping me fashionable and not outdated. Tip of the hat to you Bern. Oh and she cuts my daughters hair too!

I have had 2 places cut my old man hair one in houston tx and the 2nd in jackson,  the lady that cut my hair done the most amazing job, it lays so well that when i wash it in the morning, it's like wash and wear hair. Roland from Smackover Ar. I'm am misleading, they where the only 2 out of about 50, but this was the best
