I love going to Fry's, and this store is large enough that you're not stepping over each other to get what you want. However, it seems their electronics department has changed quite a bit, and don't carry as much anymore. Not sure what happened with the little misc things, and refurbished items, such as camera's, and corresponding items they use to sell. But they do still have EVERYTHING else! And they have great deals, gotta look on their website, or wall next to the Returns when you walk in the door to the right, to see everything on sale for the week. I picked up my "Label Maker" for about $14 on sale (Amazon took my money and had no stock for a month), they normally cost $39.99! Downfall... The line can get long sometimes, and you MUST complain for them to do something about it, or they will let you stand there for a long time! I took a video, and you can hear other patrons upset about the long line, and wait, while being ignored by the manager, until she sees me recording her! We all forced her to get more lines open, and everything went smoothly after. Also, the people that shop here, are very friendly, I have spent more time in the store, just chatting, and sharing info with perfect strangers 😜

I LOVE this store. They have so many amazing things, and I wish they were located nation wide. I gave it 4 stars though because sometimes I have had some of the worst customer service ever. The other day I went up to a guy to ask a question and I said, "excuse me sir," and he replied "ask your question," without looking at me or stopping what he was doing. I thought the whole situation was actually pretty hilarious. I have had no trouble with returns, and sometimes they can be friendly, however they always seem busy, and I can imagine they just have people asking them stupid questions all day. Anyways, that's my 2 cents about this place. Ha

I placed an order for an Apple Watch on Dec 12, taking advantage of an email promo code. The site said it was in stock and allowed the order to go through. After checking back a week later, the watch showed up as back ordered. Fry's does not send out notifications about problems with your order until it is far too late. Their site still shows it as in stock. I'm going to have to spend significantly more now for the same item to get it in time for Xmas. This is patently deceptive. They oversell all the time and don't have the inventory to back up their orders. Don't bother calling customer support - You'll have a 1 hour minimum hold time, even if they say the wait time is only 5 minutes. They hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor! After I sent them an email, they just cancelled it with no explanation. Avoid, avoid, avoid, especially if you want anything in time for the holidays.

I used to love this store.  It's gotten a little ruff around the edges these days.   You can still find deals here but it is on the pricier side of things.  The employees try to avoid costumers.  I've have constantly had to look for help on my last few trips.  I've also noticed the returned items don't really have a sale sticker on it like it used to be.  Now it's only a buck or two off.  Still it's a massive themed store.  Oh and speaker prices are completely out of wack. The prices under the speakers are no where close to right.

Incredible. This place is simply so wonderful and amazing that one word could describe it all. The first thing you would notice is the great decor, which is quite interesting  The staff are very kind and friendly, and extremely helpful too. They are knowledgable, and able to help you out with almost everything. The store has a wide range of items, and they are almost always in stock. On top of it all, the prices are great. I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone.
