10/16/2017: Dishonest staff!!! 😡😠😳 I was here trying to buy a non-smart phone for my grandma. Although the staff did recommend a suitable choice, he lied to me by telling me the phone is brand new when it is open-box. I knew this because I checked the stock for this store online and they only have 1 open-box available. In addition, because this store only have 1 open-box available, it has a price reduction sticker ($8.24) on it, a fact to which the staff pointed out when he print out the invoice. However, when I go pay for the phone at the cash register, the price reduction sticker was ripped off from the box and they tried to charge me full price ($29.99). They tried to tell me that they gave me a different brand new phone from the one they showed me earlier, when they in fact only have that 1 open-box in stock. I am never coming to this store again. I would have gave it ZERO STAR RATING if I have that option!!!! I ended up buying a brand new (not open-box) phone of same model from the Fry's Burbank location and they gave me a $10 discount ($19.99).

Something I can say about Fry's is there customer service sucks. All of them. The people that work at this place don't say hello, don't smile and  ate in there own world. You have to go in circles to find someone that will help. I am in Customer service and I look for those special people that shine above the rest. Have not found one yet at Fry's. Always remember... Because of the customers.... You have JOBS.

It's glory days are past. Yes, it's nice to have a local place that stocks computer parts in case you need them in a pinch, but the store is disorganized, half the stock is open box, and the whole atmosphere it dark and dungeon like. I will be back, but only because there are no other options anymore...

Excellent service and great prices on many useful products. Currently, they sell mattresses and bed frames at a discounted price. If you need a King size adjustable bed, this is the place to get it at. It's  $1,000 cheaper than at other places. Ask to speak with Bryan. He's very knowledgeable about the different beds and is very pleasant to deal with. Kudos!

Huge collection of electronic equipment and accessories! They have a neat little cafe right in the middle of the store. However staff is no different than Best Buy.. basically hit or miss. Some are motivated to help you, some are not. Given that, I wonder if i m not gonna get any expert help then might as well buy online?
