Same as the other 1 star review. Seller Beware. This company appears to commit fraud through purchasing ink through Ebay and using seller protection to get a refund. Basically they buy your new ink cartridge, force you to take a return, then send you back a different opened box. Huge scam stay away from this company as a buyer and a seller. So frustrating that businesses like this are out there ripping people off for pleasure.

I had a great experience with their customer service, they were very nice over the phone and immediately helped me with my issue.

Stay away from this company.  I sold an item on eBay which they purchased.  After receiving the item they tried to force me into a refund using eBay's money back guarantee but making false claims about the item not being as represented.  Dishonest!
