I love shopping at Frys on McDowell Rd. In Scottsdale.  The cashier's are friendly and helpful.  The store is clean and well stock. It is close to my house which I am thankful for.

I have shopped here for less than 20 years... the store has been a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ over the years until recently. The last couple of months have been terrible. I'm used to the growing pains of Frys, but some of the new hires have been rude. I love that store and the people there. I hope they can straighten things out for the future.

Its Wednesday and Ms Autumn always courtesy and smile  even if its busy but she still acknowledge me when i greet her...Tommy  doing the package very efficient .fast.focus and  smile. Always the best..consistent is the key

This is a nice place to shop when not busy.  Huge store after it was remodeled.  Always clean.  Parking is a problem when store is busy.

As an employee and a member of the management team I will say that we all try so hard to make sure that this store has what our customers need. This store is a wonderfully located and designed store and has been the nicest frys I have ever worked at. It amazes me how busy this store can get and how much product we move with such a tiny store and tinier back room. Please be u freestanding when we don't have exactly what you are looking for and ask us for help, we'd be more than happy to help you find what it is or even find something equally comparable.
This store is currently going through a large amount of changes and improvements that can clearly be seen. These are all to help our customers have the best experience possible while they visit our wonderful store.
