Absolutely incredible how rude Brooke was at this Fry’s. No cashiers in the entire place, only self-service checkout. I just happened to stop by this store on my way home from working out around 9pm, and will never stop here again.  Safeway on Swan and Sunrise is measurably better and so much more professional. This store manager should be fired.

CC: this is my first review ever - that bad! In walking out I mentioned to her how rude she was, and the security guard (that alone says something about the store) standing nearby, nodded and said she was horrible.

Me and my mom didn't understand the receipt and two of the people who work there Spencer and Aaron helped us understand it more and if you read this Aaron and Spencer thank you for your help at Fry's

unbelievable place-- total rip off- lots of gross GMO food -the bakery looks like garbage.. the meat is expensive and often bad quality-- the cashiers also have SOME NERVE to deny a couple some schnapps on Christmas when only one person had their ID and wallet. AMAZINGLY HORRIBLE thoughtless act considering that if I was underage I would not even have ID.. how rude! Id never give them money again. I walked out and they still didnt sell my husband the schnapps .

Chaos! Fry's just closed another nearby store, but they did zero planning for the increased business at this location. Long lines at checkout, no shopping carts (had to go out and find one in the parking lot). Lots of products out of stock. I'm shopping up the street at Basha's until Fry's hires enough people to staff this store!!
