I have frequented both locations on 22nd and Grant. My business for now, shifts to the 22nd location. Convenience, organization/cleanliness, and fair prices is what always brings me back; HOWEVER, I sometimes have to shop really late at night because I also work retail which requires long work days. With this in consideration, I am the last guy to keep someone late or be difficult.. and I always give another chance, but what prompted me to write this review is that the regular closing manager (who is working 05/09/18) has on multiple times locked the doors prior to closing. Tonight, I was locked out at 11:52. I worked probably a longer day than you guy, and I just needed baby wipes and milk. Pretty frustrating.

The prices can be a little outrageous compared to other grocery stores, but they do have good sales. The employees are nice, especially Jose in the deli, he goes above and beyond for customers. The cashier's tend to get overwhelmed if there are too many people waiting to check-out, and they move slowly. I won't buy meat here (unless it's directly from the counter) because they keep meat on the shelf until it's rotten and green, then they just mark the price down a little.

What I will share re my visit today. The GM was in the store and he was very helpful with my questions. At check out, my cashier named Ozzy, I asked him if he wanted my phone # because I was pulling my cart thru the lane behind him and to the front where my bags where being placed. In a snappy tone he pointed to the CREDIT CARD machine and said " you can do it you're self" I just thought it was rude. I think he was maybe having a bad day.

Overall a good place to shop. Prices are competitive with other grocery stores, depending on the item. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. I do have 2 minor complaints, really 1 complaint, 2 departments. At both the deli and the customer service desk, I typically have to wait for someone to help me. In the deli, often times there's someone working, but they seem like they are focused on prep work or cleaning and not paying attention to see if anyone is at the counter. The customer service desk is a little more frustrating, as I've stood there for as long as 10+ minutes as the cashiers are ringing people up and none of them calls for someone to help, or even just says "Sir, we'll have someone over there shortly".

I am in love with the staff mostly great sales but when you think buy 1 get 3 free on meat? ?? Check the price per pound. End up paying more
