Fry's carries Boar's Head meats in their deli, which is the only lunch meat I can eat because of medical issues. There are no nitrates or nitrites used in the preparation of their meats. The Boar's Head line of meats and cheeses is also the tastiest I've ever experienced. Service is fantastic throughout the store. You can have meats cut to order in the butcher shop at no extra charge. I love it when they have a sale on whole ribeye in the bag. It's a lot of meat to buy at once; but the price and quality of meat is excellent. I pick out my meat, and then have it cut into steaks and roasts at no extra charge. It's never difficult to find help to locate an item in the store. They have the best produce around and the prices are reasonable. If you watch the ads you can get some fantastic deals, especially on fresh produce in season. They had seeded watermelons, which they haven't had in the past, and our family really enjoyed that as we prefer the flavor of seeded watermelons.

Pretty disappointed in my latest visit to frys at Rita ranch. We’ve gone to frys for years but just moved to the vail area and started going this frys. I waited outside the family restroom with my 3 year old and 9 month old for 10 minutes (I don’t mind, using the bathroom with a young family takes time). Until the person that finally came out was an EMPLOYEE. And not only that but they left that bathroom disgusting, trash every where, dirt floors/sink/toilet...... at check out I mentioned it to the cashier that the bathroom was a mess and an employee was using the family restroom before us and she literally did not reply to me at all.... just ignored my comment and finished checking out my groceries. ???

This has been my store since I moved here from California four years ago. Love the people, love the service and their products are excellent. The meat department and the deli are so good. And the bakery as well. The crew at the pharmacy are so good at what they do. All around, I am extremely happy with my Rita Ranch Fry's store.

As you enter the store generally you're welcomed with a smile. Cashiers get you through the line in a timely manner. As for the pharmacy they have a wonderful team that is eager to help get your prescriptions with is less waiting time they can provide. The pharmacy staff always greets us with a joyful attitude. Greatly appreciated considering most of us are trying to get in and out. The interaction sometimes takes us from the hustle and bustle of trying to get home and make dinner. Thanks guys for always putting a smile on my face. For always getting the prescription in a timely manner with hardly any hassles. You all are great at what you do. We can see that you guys have a wonderful team and we're grateful for each and everyone of you. Have a happy 4th of July. Thank you for everything you do for my family members and myself.

Nice grocery store. Love the deals. Quality, fresh food. Lots of options. The reason I knocked a star off is due to the self-serve registers. Sometimes they drive me crazy. I have had issues with the machines telling me to take an item off or put an item on after scanning. I find the amount of 'feedback' the scanning machines give a bit much and quite frankly, irritating. I do love the choice of self-scan, just could use improvement.
