Standard shopping experience.  They never seem to have enough registers open to deal with the customer flow unless you want to put up with checking yourself out and bagging your own groceries.  Generally have plenty of carts available.  Customer service desk is usually prompt even around the first of the month.

No carts. Had to go back to the parking lot to find one.

Head to sort through several packages of blueberries to found one that wasn't moldy. Brought to the attention of the employee stocking but he didn't seem concerned.

Meat Item on sale but not in stock.  Tried for ten minutes to find someone to help me.  Unsuccessful.  Cashier called for"customer assistance" but no one showed up.
Asked cashier for a rain check for this item.  I was told I couldn't get one.  Went to guest services but line was too long to wait as I had frozen items in the cart.

Lines at cashier each had at least 3 customers backed up.  
This was not a good experience!

Very frustrating to ask Frys employee where to find something only to have them act bothered that you dared to interrupt them while they were walking past you on their cell phone. Not the customer service I expect from Frys. That's why a drove past another grocery store to come there. Hopefully next experience will be better.

It was good! Fry's had the groceries I needed! It was raining out, so it was a little tough getting in, they lock one of the front doors by 08:00 pm, so I had to be out in the rain longer! That was a bummer! Otherwise, all was good!
