Asking for paperwork that you cannot name, and plainly stating you do not know what it is called and where it comes from (but need it); paired with a basic lack of comprehension and zero common sense made the experience ridiculous to say the least. Watching a 50 year old man not able to read, nor understand a very simple, third grade level bar chart was difficult to witness. Furthermore, possibly even more frustrating was listening to him argue the fact that, because he didn't have the ability to read said bar graph, followed by a JST, followed by a list of verifying documents, paired with a DD-214-he denied the information existed because he was unable to process it. Each time I visit a Federal office, I am astounded at the absolute lack of intelligence exhibited.
