These people are so rude. I was sent to the wrong place because a lady cut me off from explaining why I was there - didn’t even get the full explanation as to the reason I was there. I then waited again in line and the next lady told me to ring a bell that was “over there.” When I asked where exactly she just repeated herself instead of being more specific. If you’re so unhappy, find another job or get an education and get a better job. I dealt with 3 people and none of them were helpful.

Consistently lose packages, both sending and receiving. If you're getting a package they will scan it as delivered and never actually deliver it. If you're sending one, they'll sit on it for a week or more before scanning it in.

I've been here four times in the last month with Christmas gifts, held mail, etc. Two of those times have been pretty good and two of those times have been horrendous. The two redeeming factors about this place are the easy location off Macarthur and the great customer service. I wish I had gotten his name, but there's a bald guy who runs the pick-up/held mail door. He apologizes for the long waits, does his best to be dilligent, etc. He's very approachable and easy to work with. There's another man, however, who also works at that same post and couldn't be more of jerk. He lost a receipt for certified mail for my husband, told me it "wasn't his dang problem that we came during a busy time and he couldn't "find" my held mail, etc. He also laughed when I asked what I could do to find the mail and said, "I'm just a government employee. I don't know nor do I care about that."

So I have some updates. I found my passport today, but I am still going to give the lowest rating to this postal office. Because throughout the entire process they are absolutely not helpful at all. When I called them, they told me the apartment number is unclear on the picture, I tried to ask them what is the the apt number looks like. They Didn't answer, I asked if I can see the picture, they refused. Also, they said driver will call me after he checked, but DON'T KNOW WHEN. Of course, driver didn't call. When I called them second time, the lady HUNG ME UP when I asking when driver is going to call. So I tried to call the third time today, the answer was driver checked, nothing found. Nothing they can do, I can file a claim online get 20 bucks mail fees back. I asked again if he might know which box he dropped, or whoever have the picture can tell me what apt number might looks like on the picture. Answer is Nope, nothing they can do. Luckily the consulate, who is the sender took a picture before they sent the package out. After I look at the picture I felt I was fooled, the apartment number is clearly written on the package, not like what they told me "hard to read". Even though, I came up with 3 apartment number that might look like mine, then left notes on their door and knock the door later today. And I found it from one of them. What a mess you did USPS! I saw zero sense of responsibility, no caring for customer, lack of basic skills of their jobs! I have to make the same comment as the last one: this is the most disfunctional organization I have ever encountered!

I had a click & Ship package ready to go but was out of town. No problem; I found a close USPS which listed 9-12PM as open hours on Saturdays. Nobody was there. I wanted a receipt but with no options used the mail slot. Latest Sat pick-up listed as 12PM. It was 10:35AM. I dropped it in. Tracker shows not scanned Sat. Still not scanned Mon. Checked the location reviews. I think I managed to pick the worst facility on earth to drop off a package to. USPS says I have to wait for it to be lost 7 days to file for missing mail. This location needs a government audit. Use alternate location or shipping provider. I have never seen so many unhappy customers posting comments....UPDATE... The package I dropped off 1035 Sat(latest pick-up 1200) wasn't scanned into the system until Mon night 8:28PM. So my 2 day mail (mailed Sat) won't get delivered until Thurs. The same as if I mailed it Tues.
