It was very enjoyable and a nice place if you have kids. The Vintage locomotives and train cars were very interesting to inspect and see how large they actually were in person was astonishing. We went on a sweet treat Sunday so we received a ice cream sundae with a big old chocolate chip cookie which I could never turn down the conductors of the trolleys were very informative and friendly. Be sure to see the trolley cats. The museum gift shop was rather small and the information was limited inside the museum. The trolley rides on both trolleys were relatively short, less than five minutes a piece and it would be nicer to have a extended ride around the town of Fort Smith. However we had a blast and unlimited trolley rides in a ice cream sundae for five bucks was a steal.

Had a great time. This one of the original people who drew and painted the mural at the Trolley Museum and our children. This was a project of Art Downtown from the Northside High school.

The museum itself is a collection of various train cars, engines, etc. They are neat to look at, but not really my thing. The trolley ride itself was absolutely worth every penny. I'm not sure how long the route is, but our conductor was amazing. He taught us the history along the route; from the National Cemetery, to the Trail of Tears marker, to Judge Parker's hanging gallows and Miss Laura's bordello turned visitor's center. He was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining for the entire trolley ride. It is a lot of fun and we'll be doing it again when we're back in the area.

The trolley driver really went out of his way to make my little girls birthday party experience one that she will always remember. Kaleb Bell I believe was his name.

Disorganized organization. The people coyld not answer my questions about tickets. The lobby smelled of cat urine, probably from all of the cats I saw running around inside. I did not tour the museum because of the aweful smell.
