I would NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I had an absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my vehicle last year to get my front brakes done. I had to return less than a full year later to get all of my brakes done again and the rotors. Fuccilo Ford charged me $1300 to get my brake pads replaced and my rotors as well as to change my transmission fluid. I called around and other Ford dealerships in this area were charging about half of this. I was charged for over 3 hours of labor! On top of it, I was told my car would be ready at 3pm. I had to call to find out it wouldn't be ready until 4:30pm. When Fuccillo Ford called me to ask me how my experience went, I told them. I was supposed to receive a call from a manager to make this right. I did NOT receive a call back. Do NOT take your car here unless you want to be ripped off. Absolutely abysmal experience. I will remind everyone I know not to have their vehicle serviced here. I am considering filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and having the NY Attorney General Consumer Protection take a look.

This review is about the service department, not the car buying experience.  Brought my car in about 15 months ago (why am I reviewing now? Read the whole thing and it will make sense), and was told that it needed a $720 brake job because all four rotors and pads needed to be replaced, and then they were charging for the labor.  I declined to get the work done, and went down the Columbia Turnpike to another location.  They told me that all I needed was the pads, and scoffed at the idea of needing the rotors replaced.  The four pads cost me about $50, and they charged $75 for labor.  Leaving me with a bill about $600 less then what Fuccillo Ford wanted to charge me.

So yes, it's been 15 months.  15 months of only getting the pads replaced.   It's been about 18,000 miles since then.   The verdict?  My brakes are working perfectly.  Never needed the rotors fixed then, and after 15 months and 18,000 miles since the estimate, I still don't. 

I thought these guys were nice when I got my car here, and this isn't the fault of the salespeople.  But if you do get your car here, do not trust the service department.  Heed my warning!!

I came into fuccillo's a few weeks ago to try to buy the cheapest F250 I could afford I walked out with a XLT nicely equipped right in my price range and there was absolutely no pressure these people absolutely made it happen when it came to financing they told me they were only looking at two Banks and they only went through two Banks they got me the best rate and found some money to get a few extra add-ons like a spray in bedliner that I didn't think I could afford at that time the general manager Scotty made me feel like I was a old friend the salesperson Jessie for being a new salesman this guy totally listen to my needs he's very patient and made the transaction seamless it took me more time to decide what color I wanted then to actually make the deal happen the finance manager didn't stuff products down my throat like they do at other dealers this is not my first time buying a new vehicle I would recommend and totally come back if I could give them 10 Stars I would have. In my situation they were able to do it and if they can do it trust me they will I typically don't write reviews I will give a rating but I was so impressed that I am willing to take out the time to write a review to help this team they did a great job

Went here years ago and they were able to help me get into a new explorer. Went back last week and was working with a sales man to try to trade in another vehicle and they haven't called me back. I have called and emailed the salesman multiple times. Not good customer service in my opinion.
