My immediate reaction when I walk in to the lobby inside is disgusted at how dirty it was. I hope they take care of my car better than they care for where they put their customers while waiting. 

Perception is reality. The chairs you sit in look like they found them off the side of the road. Come on guys.

My first time at this location and for that matter any Full Circle Wash.  You only get one chance at a first impression and the pushy salesman completely ruined it.  Other reviews refer to pushy salespeople and I can vouch for that. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by my by being there. The rest of the workers that wash the vehicle and the manager that I spoke with all seem friendly and do a fine job.   The wash was acceptable.  Why would I ever go back to a place where I will likely have to deal with a rude salesperson?

The kids that they hire don't know what a detail job means.  Even after they raise their towel (saying their done detailing),  you have to look over the work they've done, and most of the time you will find all sorts of things wrong.  I have tired letting them know before starting, if they do a good job the first time, I will tip them well, but they still do a poor job.  This is really just an average car wash.  When you ask for a VIP wash, wouldn't you think, they would do a really good job?  The managers know how to detail, but getting the kids to do the same thing, is not working.  It has to be tough to use minimum wage kids to do this job and know they will do what a manager expects them to do.  But as long as they keep bringing in the business, things won't change, unless more people speak up.

Tried to get a wash and services for my 2014 diesel. The car wash guy told me to back out of the lane because I was blocking customers. I WAS THE ONLY VEHICLE THERE. I asked the service guy about an oil change on my diesel. He couldn't tell me a price, I would have to pull it in and let he run the VIN number to see what kind of oil it needed, and to give me a price after the look at it. Quite obvious these guys dont have a set price structure, or know anything about cars. I peeled out of the parking lot after 20 minutes of wasting my time, flying double birds to the staff. Guess my money is no good there. PS: There was never another customer that pulled in...They have 2 lanes, and I was blocking no one.

I got my van fully detailed and they did a good job. Their customer service skills could use a little work though.
