This was my second experience with this shop. The first trip was great. Unfortunately on the second occasion I was not a happy camper! I had a detail done. There was some white film left on the windows. I also had some small paint chips on the hood of my Cadillac which I was told they could correct and they also could remove the swirls off of the car. Neither of which was done. Needless to say I won't be doing business there any more. A real bad experience!

If your looking for somewhere to leave your car for the weekend and then pick it up with 2 different colors of tint, this is the place to go! Dropped of my car for the initial tint job at 6pm on Friday night was told it would take about 3 hours, picked it up the following afternoon.   Little Bubbles in almost all windows but one specifically needed to absolutely be re done. Was told to bring it in the following week to fix it,  due to work could not make it in.  Texted to find out a good time that i could arrange my schedule around to get it fixed. Set a date for Monday the 19th ANYTIME  i was told.  Drove there after work,  he is not there,  was told to come back Wednesday.  Texted Wednesday to get no response, sent a final text Friday urgently stating i wanted this resolved or my money back, since my driver side window was already peeling! Badly! Received a message telling me to take it in the following day. 
Showed up at noon and stated my issues,  told me it would be done by 5 And he'd give me a call,  never got a call so i realized the obvious and told him I'll pick it up tomorrow.  I picked up my car today at 345pm . My car was there for over 24 hours two windows are completely different shades,  the back windshield is 2 different pieces of tint,  why In the world would that even be an option of putting in someone's car. Although there is no bubblesad if that even matters now,  if they're had been any communication on the businesses end of issues they were having or problems they ran into maybe this all could have been avoided.  The only time i was reached out to is when i bugged them with a message. Very dissatisfied with the way they "fixed"my tint.  Instead of wasting there time and mine the logical thing would of been to just give me my money back, not do a completely half ass job. Now i have to look at my 2 toned back window every time i get in my car. Feel like i was just robbed of $160 And the "guarantee" isn't worth anything. I picked up my car and just drove away didn't even bother telling them i didn't feel like leaving my car theee for another 2 days.  I will never be returning And i strongly suggest others to do the same.

Took my mom's jeep in.... it came out looking amazing. Very impressed with these guys. Have had my car detailed at 3 different places and have never been happy. Will be taking my car here next time!!!

Do NOT go here. I called on Saturday and made an appointment for a detail on Tuesday at 9am with a quote of $150.  I've never had the car detailed but wanted to give myself a break. Got a babysitter to watch the triplets and a friend to drive me down to drop it off.   Got to the address on the website at about 850am Tuesday morning. No one was there. At 9 I called the number on the website which is apparently the owner. He said they had moved and he was sorry but they couldn't do the car today because of the move but he could definitely do it Wednesday, same time and with a discount. (Couldn't have called me?) Fine. This was annoying because I didn't want to put the car seats I'd spent three hours cleaning the night before back in a dirty car which meant we couldn't go anywhere but one day, ok not the end of the world.  Again, Wednesday got someone to drive me over there.  This time arrived at the new location and once again no one is there. I call at 9 and he says he will be there in just a minute. Fine. Once he shows up I drop off the car.  He asks what time I need it back and I say 230.  He tells me that's perfect.  I get someone to take me back there at 230 and they haven't started the outside.  Again, could have called me so I didn't inconvenience someone else to take me over there for no reason.  He seems very apologetic and offers to drive it home when they are done so I tell him that sounds good.  Car finally arrives back at my house about 730. I pay the guy the full $150 and he leaves. I go to inspect the car and it's AWFUL! I will post pics if possible. Every seam of the seat, all under the seat, the seat belt holes, every compartment, still has crumbs, melted m&ms, dog hair, and God knows what else. Why did I pay $150 dollars to not use the car for two days and STILL have to clean it myself???? I texted the owner and sent him the images. He said he was very sorry, would send the mobile truck first thing in the morning and issue a $20 refund as they stand by their work. No one ever showed up. I texted him around 11 that afternoon and got absolutely no response as of this writing.

Wow !!!these guys are good i brought in my old beat up truck for a detail Im a woman ,but i work hard and my truck was a complete mess ,but the hot lathery tattooed man that drove my car around and did a spot check with me really did wonders for me and my truck. I will go back from now on cause my truck was sotless after a shampoo and not to mention how manly and good looking that guy was !!!Great job! the owner Jay was also really accommodating and nice as well>
