The first time I called Chris, it was a Sunday and he immediately came over after breakfast with his family. Right then and there, I knew he was going to be my AC/heater guy. After he recently installed a new heater and air, I had an issue and called. He had just pulled into his vacation house and immediately drove 1 1/2 hrs to fix the issue with no questions asked. He's got a customer for life. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I've used Full Service (Chris) on several occasions over the past 3 years.  Each experience has been nothing but positive;  from scheduling the installation of my whole house humidifier to a panicked emergency call (at night) that my heater is leaking from the attic.  Each time, the service was quick and complete.  

What I appreciate most is his willingness to explain what he did and how it works.  I find great value in knowing what I paid for.

It gives me comfort knowing that if something arises, I have someone I can call who I trust, has reasonable prices and is responsive.

Chris was great. Got our AC back up and going in no time..he knew exactly where to go to fix my issue. Stand up and trustworthy guy.

Been a customer for a few years now, I have a yearly service contract and always receive prompt and quality service.. I recommend Full Service Heating and Air.

We had countless heating and air guys out to our house for our heating issues and nobody could figure out what the problem was with our system except for Chris. After figuring out what our problem was he gave us an explanation of what was going on and a good estimate on a new system. A few days later we called him to ok the work and shortly after that he showed up at the time he gave us and started the work. The job was a large one so it took a couple days but he was on time every time. After the work was done, he cleaned up after himself and told us if we had any trouble what so ever to call and he would be right out. He really stands behind his work. Since Chris replaced our system, we have had no problems and our bills have gone down dramatically. Thank you Full Service
