Top notch service-Mr. Pankok has integrity and a golden pipe wrench! Seriously, he knew about our fancy Japanese toilet- he understands about different kinds of pipe- including PEX, which is awesome if you're out of town a lot in the winter! His prices are fair(um, earth to Burton & Sons!), his service is FAST and he cleans up after himself. you can't do better than that! He's the best plumber we've ever hired.

degrees outside, on a SUNDAY at 5pm... and Tommy came out to fix a burst pipe. It was a stupid easy fix, but he did it in two seconds. This guy ROCKS. Will definitely call him for work in the future.
