Update: It is now 7 times having my debit card declined! Their excuse this time was I was trying to use it at the Acme GROCERY STORE right up the street from the branch I use!!!! Said they thought it was fraud! OMG. Then the employee who I sat down with asked me, with a snide tone, what I wanted HER to do about it!!! Again, mortified at the grocery store, with dozens of shoppers looking at me as if I was trying to get groceries I couldn't afford! Humiliation is not my favorite passtime, Republic Bank! 6 times, I had my debit card declined at 6 different stores. I was mortified all 6 times. I have the app on my phone and checked my balances and had PLENTY of money to cover my purchases! This was the last time this will happen to me. I need someone from corporate to call me now and apologise! Grrrr
Just wanted to say the whole staff is awesome. Went in to cash a huge bucket of change but realized the bucket had moisture in it and the machine would not work. I believe the manager came and quickly solved the problem. I wanted to use the change to open an account here and slowly dissolve my account at PNC. So I said I'll be back in a few days and let the moisture get out of the change. Walking out the bucket broke and change was everywhere. Felice came out quickly got down and helped me pick up the change. She was so awesome. I single handily almost ruined the bank lol but the staff was just so awesome and welcoming I felt like wow...this is an old school friendly neighborhood bank. I cant wait to bank with you all. Felice.....thank you for going above and beyond and to, I believe the manager that helped me at the change machine....thank you so much. See you all soon! :
To all of those that are seeking a new banker to alleviate all types of banking problems I suggest you try Republic Bank at 610 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ and ask to speak to the bank manager and ask for Stacy. I promise you that you will receive the greatest customer service, kind and polite employees willing to help you with whatever concerns you may have. I have been banking at this location for a little bit less than a year and each time I visit they supersede the service that they once gave me at my last visit. I must say that Stacy and her crew have the right attitude and concern about their customers. Thanks for the great way you treat me on my visits in the office or drive thru. This is coming from someone that has banked in the Sicklerville and Williamstown area for 30 years. They really have me spoiled. A special shoutout to Felice.
Felice helped with a banking issue today, she was very professional and went above and beyond expectations, if I were to recommend who to go to it would be her.
I've been working with sicklerville republic for about 3 years and beyond grateful for how they go above and beyond for me anytime I need anything. Leaving TD and going with republic has been a much better business decision for us. I can't thank Cindy enough for always helping me when needed. It's hit-or-miss depending on the teller but now with meeting the bank manager forget about it.
Can’t use the change machine unless you have an account …… edit in response to your reply: I have an out of state Id and you will not allow me to open an account, I already tried without a nj id so I went to another bank and I bank there and cash in my change there.
At first had issues. The branch manager and the assistant manager Heather called me and resolved all my issues and I'm very grateful for that
There seems to be an air of arrogance when You walk in as well as deal with some of the workers there,I have 2 in mind after speaking with bith them.
This bank is horrible. We had them less then a year. And this is the 4th time one of our debit cards were hacked. We never had this issue at any other bank. And they take over a month to give you your money back.
