Jeremy is a great trainer. He knows what he's doing and really tries to help. Small gym because this is not somewhere people are meant to come work out on their own. Good selection of equipment.

Functional Fitness StL is as good as it gets! It's a place for people of all levels and abilities who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. I've been working out with Jeremy for 2 months now and LOVE it!!  He asks me how I'm feeling every single day I walk in to work out, and I know my workout is catered to me and not just some cookie cutter workout.  He legitimately cares about you as a person and a client.  There is no other place I would rather workout and I would recommend Functional Fitness StL to anyone!

Jeremy is the best alternative to a gym in Downtown St. Louis. He has a complete fitness center, paired with his expert advice. His personal training services have changed my life. I feel stronger, healthier and actually happier. I wanted to accomplish some weight loss (OK, fat loss) and help with my back pain, and with his training, I have accomplished that! Thank you for helping me, Jeremy!

I had been wanting to try Functional Fitness for quite some time, but I live in Madison, WI.  While I was in the area visiting family I made an appointment to try it out.

I was able to get a personal training session from the owner, Jeremy, and absolutely loved it.  I have been going to a kickboxing gym for approximately 2 years now and was fairly confident on the technique of my punches.  After demonstrating a couple to Jeremy he began to break down what I needed to accomplish to improve my technique that I had not gotten in the past from any previous personal trainers.  It was great.  

During the session I not only learned the correct way I should be working the bag, but exercises to improve my strength to work the heavy bag more effectively.  I told Jeremy that the next time I'm in the St Louis area I'm going to book additional classes.  It's completely worth the hour drive from my family's house.  This morning I feel like my workout was more effective than the past 3 months of going to the gym.
