Been there two times. The server remembered us from the last time. He is awesome. The food is excellent and the amounts are generous!! A little pricey for an everyday lunch, but worth it.

Prices are good and quality superb. I would recommend to all sushi lovers!  Wait staff is very pleasant and helpful.  Love this place!

Furin was awesome! Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. The selection on the menu was wonderful, even if you're not big into sushi. There are lots of "cooked" options available, and plenty of non-seafood items as well. The drink menu was also extensive, and what we had was delicious. I also have to mention how clean everything was inside. No weirdly sticky tables or chairs. Even the soy sauce jar on the table was spotless. It's nice when places get even the little things right. Highly recommended!

So, went here for lunch with girlfriends. I had mainly sushi for lunch. The fish was fresh and firm and delicious.  Another friend had sashimi and it was the same. The other friend had a cooked shrimp dumpling type of thing and she liked it too. The only bad thing to say was that my Ami ebi (sweet spotted shrimp) came out way after we were all done with out food.  When it did come, however, it was great!  They brought the fried head with it, which I love... Don't be afraid, btw... Pick it up by the crusty spines and eat it!  It's delicious.

Furin’s service is probably the worst out of all the restaurants downtown. Shame on me for returning multiple times in the hopes that the wait staff has figured out how to address customers and take orders in a timely manner. The food is delicious. The sushi is good. However, the service is always SLOW. It has consistently taken fifteen minutes before my order is taken after being seated. I have even begun to time them to see as a little entertainment for myself- never better than 15 minutes. Complaining about it does nothing. I wonder if they have repeat business from people like me that are hoping the service has improved because the food is good and I am rooting for them to succeed. But I just can’t do it anymore. Like I said, shame on me for going here multiple times thinking it would be a different experience each time. On my most recent visit, the couple next to me asked how the beef is prepared in a certain dish. The waiter left and came back about a minute later and said “it’s beef.” Clearly not the answer they were looking for they asked again and gave examples- he stood there confused. Clearly he didn’t understand, but instead of apologizing and getting help he just stood there and asked to take their order. The couple was too polite to address the issue and ordered anyway. During this same visit, as with many previous visits, the waiter walked by my table multiple times and never asked if we were ready to order. After grabbing his attention he took one of our orders at the table and walked away. Too long; didn’t read: Slow service. Good food.
