What a gem of a store! Honest people selling quality products in a relaxed environment! So happy we stopped in!

We purchased an expensive Southern Motion sofa and chair in Dec 2015. Within 4 months the cushions lost all support and caused major discomfort. We contacted them immediately. They would not credit or replace the sofa. They claimed they had to send a tech to check it out and try to repair the cushions. It took over a month for the tech to come. He added extra cushions only to have the same thing happen within 4 months again. But again, they sent a tech to do the same thing. Fortunately, we purchased the 5 year extra warranty. However, within four months of the second "repair visit" we were at the same point again with the cushions deformed and no support. We have to call again to schedule a "repair visit." Each call requires us to take time off from work. We actually should submit all of our chiropractor bills to them for reimbursement too. We are a two person household so the sofa gets minimal use. We are totally dissatisfied with the store handling of this problem regarding this product. We will NEVER purchase anything from them again. An example of "excellent customer service" would have been to issue a store credit and allow us to make an exchange, especially since the problem occurred so quickly after the purchase was made. Maybe excellent customer service isn't part of their mission statement. The store could have turned a bad experience into a good customer service experience, but they chose not to do that. Oh well, you know what they say about "word of mouth" advertising.

Our recent experience and purchase of furniture products at Furniture & Appliance Mart compels us to share our pleasurable experience. We were in need of bedroom furniture and found Furniture and Appliance Mart had the best selection along with products in stock. Their showroom has the best inventory in the area with informative no pressure sales Staff. (Lauren). This store will be our first stop when it comes to furniture and appliances in the future. We walked in on a whim to find a few items for home and we were taken care of with the very best Diane! The customer care is above and beyond with positive energy all around! We were beyond pleased and happy with all of the assistance we received from the F&AM team. Ian was professional and caring in my 3 loads into the truck. We will return and look forward to it!!

Purchased new kitchen appliances and living room furniture and tv in June of 2015. When the refrigerator was delivered the delivery people scratched up my new floor and the fridge was dented. They fixed the floor and the fridge door. 6 months later the fridge froze up and died. I called LG and they sent a service man out who replaced the board. One month later the fridge died and I called furniture and appliance mart. They sent a service man who replaced the board. No fridge for 5 days waiting on parts. March 2, 2018 woke to a dead fridge. Called furniture and appliance mart. They sent a service man who diagnosed a bad compressor. Was told it would be weeks before it could be repaired. Called Jon Gadbous who forwarded me to customer service. Day 5 of no refrigerator and still no word on how long it will be until it gets repaired. I will update every day about the terrible customer service of this company until this issue is resolved.
