Rob is rude and very unprofessional.  He called my phone and called himself putting me in my place because I felt like I should have been treated with patience being I was spending 2300 dollars there.  Jon had smoothed everything over and he just didn't know how to leave it along.  Oh well I am pretty sure that there will be some other store that will appreciate my money.

Bought a sectional couch for over $850. Less than 6 months later both sections had completely broken with one breaking in half from just normal wear. Couch was missing the middle legs that where not given upon delivery.

Terrible customer service. They were very nice and persuasive at initial purchase...my sofa bearly stayed 3 months before they had to repair and finally had to replace but they requested for more money. Sadly had to pay about 300bucks more and still had to settle for less. The delivery guy or whoever that called me never kept to time on different occasions and has NO manners. I would have absolutely appreciated a refund and would never deal with the store nomore.  GOODLUCK!!!
