One of the reasons i lobe this place is because the people there are so personable and they are excellent at findi g out exactly the right mattress for your body types. They have specially furniture that you can go in amd pick out all your fabrics to match what you would like in your home. Oh and did i mention its one of the most gourgeous funiture stores ive ever been in and its locally owned so your spending your money in your city. They have the best sales team that can answer any of your questions, my favorite salesperson would be Nicholas Musick so if you do happen to stop by please ask for him you will not be disappointed but i do warn you if you walk into Sleepy Hollow you will not be leaving empty handed. They have more than just the best mattresses, they have adjustable frames...Sealy, Basset and other top quality furniture. So take a minute and stop by and see them you will not be disappointed and remeber ask for the best and my favorite Nicholas Musick ❤

Well i'm not sure where to begin. I purchased my furniture from Sleepy Hollow in approximately July 2015. I purchased two sofa's for my home and paid a pretty expensive price but was willing to spend the extra money so that I could design my own. I also purchased a fabric protection plan that was not worth the purchase. From the time it takes for them to address the fabric spotting issue (were talking months), I could've already treated it myself. I was told that it would take about 30 days to receive my new furniture. My furniture arrived on time and I was super excited. Then in less than 3 months we starting having fabric issues with the sofa's and pillows. One sofa had to be returned to be repaired with the manufacture so we were without that sofa for another 30 days until it could be repaired and shipped back. I know that were not all perfect and people make mistakes but I do have to say this has been my worst purchase experience ever. I hate my furniture & if I could return it for a refund, I would. Makes me sad and angry each time I sit on them. I spent thousands of dollars and don't feel like I got the quality for my purchase.

Went to Sleepy Holly on Louisville about a month ago....I thought the staff was very helpful....but, I was wrong...we had 180 days to try and could return our mattress for a store credit if we had any problems as long as we purchased a mattress cover for 100.00....that was fine with us...so we purchased a 6000.00 mattress….husband started having back aches after a month...went back to exchanged...was told only the top was called a mattress...the bottom is a base/foundation... not a mattress ...and it was not exchangeable...they said it was on the receipt they gave me after the purchase....so now I'm stuck with a very expensive flat bed....funny as we were walking out...looked at their price sheet...and they called it a 3 piece mattress set....said mattress could be exchanged not the base....do you call it a "mattress set" or a base/foundation and mattress???? Just wondering...Sales person said she tries to tell everyone that it's only the top mattress....Oops, she forgot to tell us...guess her sales were down...or maybe she needed the extra commission...who knows???....just made me one unhappy customer....but you know that why I love the internet...use to be I could only reach the people around me...not know....who knows this may reach thousands....I may be able to save some poor sucker like me from making the same mistake I made....Good luck and sweet dreams
